Capatazia

Otherwise known for a terminal handling fee assessed at cargo loaded or discharged at Brazilian ports, a capatazia is a charge that must be shown on an ocean carrier's bill of lading. Generally, capatazia is prepaid for cargo exiting Brazil and collected on cargo entering Brazil.
