AIT Receives Quest for Quality Award

The readers of Logistics Management magazine have once again named AIT Worldwide Logistics as a 2006 “Quest for Quality” award winner in the category of freight forwarders.

Now in its 23rd year, the “Quest for Quality” awards program is widely regarded as one of the most extensive annual market research studies of customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the transportation and logistics industry.

Approximately 6,300 survey participants were asked to rate the service providers they currently use based on the following criteria: on-time performance, information technology, overall value, customer service, and equipment and operations.

AIT exceeded the overall average score for its category, a testament to our determination and success in delivering the finest service available to our loyal customer base since 1979.
