Notice: Export Regulations!

All shippers should review the BIS Department of Commerce export lists to check prior to exporting any cargo. Below is the link to the updated Denied Persons list. This list changes on a regular basis, so please follow the links for the most up to date information. It is each shipper's responsibility to ensure you are not shipping to anyone on the denied persons list. It is also each shipper's responsibility to ensure the goods being offered for export have proper export licenses, etc.

EAR Update: The EAR reads as follows: The Bureau of Industry and Security is amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by issuing a general order to impose a license requirement for exports and reexports of all items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) where the transaction involves Mayrow General Trading or entities related, as follows: Micatic General Trading; Majidco Micro Electronics; Atlinx Electronics; Micro Middle East Electronics; Narinco; F.N. Yaghmaei; and H. Ghasir. Mayrow General Trading and all entities related are located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This order also prohibits the use of License Exceptions for exports or reexports of any items subject to the EAR involving these entities. The far right column indicates the type of change made (e.g. New order, Expired order, or Update of an existing record) and the date column shows when the change was made to our DPL database. This date is not necessarily the effective date of the action.
