Curling Commercial

A 30-second commercial highlighting AIT’s sponsorship of the United States Curling Association (USCA) will premiere 3 times on CSTV’s broadcast of two one-hour curling specials this month.

The programs will feature highlights from the recent 2007 World Curling Championships. The first program will televise the Women’s World Curling Championship in Aomori, Japan, with an air date of April 19 at 9 p.m. ET. Wearing the red, white and blue in Aomori was the team of Debbie McCormick (Rio, Wis.), Allison Pottinger (Eden Prairie, Minn.), Nicole Joraanstad (Monroe, Wis.), Natalie Nicholson (Bemidji, Minn.) and Maureen Brunt (Portage, Wis.). This program will also mark the color commentary debut of 2006 Olympic bronze medalist Pete Fenson (Bemidji, Minn.).

The 2007 World Men’s Curling Championship from Edmonton, Alberta, will be featured in a one-hour program on April 26 at 9 p.m. ET. Representing the USA at the men’s championship was the team of Todd Birr (Mankato, Minn.), Bill Todhunter (Menasha, Wis.), Greg Johnson (Appleton, Wis.), Kevin Birr (Mankato) and Zach Jacobson (Langdon, N.D.).

College Sports Television, a CBS company, officially began operating in April 2003 as the first 24-hour network devoted exclusively to college sports. CSTV is seen in more than 20 million homes via cable and satellite, and is widely available on cable systems across the country, including DIRECTV’s Total Choice Premier Package Channel 610 and DISH Network’s America’s Top 120 Package Channel 152.

Following the premiere programs, the curling specials also will re-air on the following dates and times (all times ET) in April:

Men’s show:

April 27, 2 a.m.

April 27, 12 p.m.

April 29, 6 a.m.

Women’s show:

April 19, 11:30 p.m.

April 20, 11 a.m.

April 22, 6 a.m. & 6:30 p.m.

April 26, 10 p.m.

April 27, 1 p.m.
