AIT receives 2004 Quest for Quality Award

Congratulations to AIT Worldwide Logistics and all AIT Customer Service employees for winning Logistics Management magazine's Quest for Quality Award. The Quest for Quality Award is given to those carriers who provided service excellence to the transportation industry. The voters, who select and rank each carrier on their freight forwarding efforts, annually choose the winners of the award.

Rated in five specific categories: Customer Service, Equipment and Operations, Information Technology, Performance, and Value; AIT measures as one of the best in the industry. Coming in fourth out of 12, AIT placed above the average score in all categories and had the highest ranking out of all the freight forwarders in Customer Service.

The attributes of customer services by Logistics Management are prompt claims settlement, able to trace and expedite shipments, and problems are solved promptly and courteously. AIT sailed above and beyond the other freight forwarders proving once again that our people are the best of the best.
